Payments
Service fee [(minimum $50) Delivery Fee [(minimum $50) (out of state minimum $300)] will be included depending on location!!
Minimum 4 hrs. to set up event
ALL PROPS AND RENTALS MUST BE RETURNED. A $40 fee charge will be included within your deposit if you decide to do Self-pick up... $40 will be refunded back the day of return. You will have up to 48hr to return equipment.
If equipment is not returned within the acceptable timeframe, the $40 fee will NOT be refunded.
Custom Themes and Events Penuel De’corr is happy to plan a custom theme for your and/or arrange for additional services such as photography, catering, etc.… that are not included in the basic package.
To book your event, Penuel De’corr requires a non-refundable Retainer of 50% of your event fee paid through Cashapp, PayPal, Apple Pay, or cash.
Events less than 30 days must be paid in full invoice.
Personal checks are NOT accepted.
Your final payment and is due 14 days prior to your event, if the final payment is not received, Penuel De’corr reserve the right to cancel your event.
If an event must be cancelled, the retainer is non-refundable, but the event can be rescheduled within 30 days of the original date based on Penuel De’corr availability.
